The Story of Beginning
In the beginning there was nothing. A god came across the nothingness and
said "let there be earth". And there was earth, but it was still barren of
all life, so the god said "let there be life". And there was life.
The god thought to themself: "I have now done what I need to do" and
wandered off. Other gods then took part in shaping in turn, each adding
their own touches. These gods are many and known, but the first god is
known only to few. Their name is Arannod, which means 'the furthest
beginning'.
