This is a bugfix release.

Bugfixes:

- Print errors opening a file (including "file not found" errors). This

got broken by the fix to print errors reading from stdin when called

with no argument, included in the previous release.

is to provide a release tarball that doesn't require manual patching to

use.

- Cargo is set to fetch dependencies from crates.io by default.

- When called with no arguments and encountering an error reading from
|
|
stdin, print the error message.
|

- Properly interpret a mid-line ^D^D from a tty as signalling EOF.
