SDL_CDPause - Pauses a CDROM
SYNOPSIS

int SDL_CDPause(SDL_CD *cdrom);
DESCRIPTION
Pauses play on the given cdrom.
RETURN VALUE
Returns 0 on success, or -1 on an error.
